Our super spicy Apple and Naga Chilli Chutney is a true Himalayan delight made with two kinds of crunchy green apples from the Shimla Hills and exotic smoked bhut jolokia or naga king chilli, the hottest chilli in the world from Nagaland. This chutney is a delight for chilli connoisseurs and pairs well with Indian and western foods. Mix a couple of tablespoons of this chutney with an equal amount of Dijon mustard or any mustard sauce and it makes for a fantastic dip.
